Leper Colony Support

Leprosy is a curable disease if caugth quickly and treated with modern medicines; but the lack of awareness of the illiterate poor in many of the most desperate areas of the world results in a total global population of Lepers still at 3 Million. India has more Lepers than any other country.

Decades ago a European organization established a Leper Colony near our Head Quarters in Kakinada but long since abandoned support. Area Christian Churches join together to support the Lepers living in this compound. On a regular basis, Christ Gospel India provides prepared food, bags of rice for cooking, clothing and medical care.
